Thank you for viewing my work - thank you again if you bookmarked this page and want to come back later to see more updates.

Promoting this website is going to be a labor, but it's one worth pursuing.I don't want to go into my 30's dreading the things I could've done with a little more effort. I'd rather go into them thinking:

"Well, that was a lot of fun. Arguably productive, but definitely fun."

I don't want to become another person who only makes excuses, or puts off what needs to be done for what seems like a quick bit of enjoyment. Only because I've noticed that doing that just tends to leave me upset and depressed. But making things - creating illustrations or little write-ups like this - is what keeps me happy, energized, and focused. I'm not meticulous enough at planning yet, but I'm definitely making strides, and being more productive is the fuel.

There's no reason I can't work hard AND enjoy what I'm doing, right? And I genuinely love creating illustrations and designs for clients and for myself. So I'm going to work hard to reimagine my work, and put real effort into each pursuit and creation. At the same time,I'm going to enjoy every moment of it.

The struggles and tribulations are only there because this is what I want more than anything - I want it more than the obstacles want to keep me from having it.

Now, I have some things in the works, and I have some far-off ambitions. I want to start a YouTube channel discussing links between modern media, classic art, philosophy, psychology, world history, and general education about art and its influence on our collectively experienced world. I want to attend and vend at more conventions. These are things I know I can accomplish with planning, foresight, and follow-through.
